Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy voluntarily complies with new Federal Government guidelines issued by the Privacy Commissioner and effective as of 21 December 2001.

Information sharing and disclosure
We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when: We have your consent to share the information;
We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; We need to send the information to companies or contractors who work on behalf of us to provide a product or service to you. (These companies or contractors do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
We find that your actions on our web sites violate the Terms of Service or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.
Overseas disclosures
Zero Payments suppliers may disclose personal information to overseas third parties located in the United States of America, Singapore and China (each an “Overseas Recipient”) for the purposes of providing their products, product analytic services and services and products for storage of personal information to allow them to conduct their direct marketing activities.
Once disclosed to an Overseas Recipient, your personal information will be dealt with in accordance with that Overseas Recipient’s privacy policy. You should be aware that the Overseas Recipient may not be subject to any privacy obligations or other principles similar to the Privacy Act. By agreeing to this Privacy Statement and Consent you:
- Consent to our suppliers to disclose your personal information, such as full name, address and DOB to an Overseas Recipient for the purposes of providing their products, product analytic services and services and products for storage of personal information to our suppliers to conduct its direct marketing activities;
- you will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act if the Overseas Recipient handles the personal information disclosed to it in a way that breaches the Privacy Act; and
- Zero Payments will not be accountable under the Privacy Act for any mishandling of the personal information, provided by our suppliers, to the Overseas Recipient.
You may withdraw your consent to disclosures of your personal information by our suppliers to the Overseas Recipients at any time by providing written notice to the supplier you enter into an agreement with.
However, this may result in the supplier not being able to provide its services/products to you.
Our suppliers have informed Zero Payments that they have made reasonable investigations to ensure that these Overseas Recipients are reputable service providers.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
